Description:
This workshop aims to open doors. Those secret doors where we hide our fears and our sufferings.
Here, we will take our models on a journey inside themselves, with uncomfortable and challenging positions
within the limits of their possibilities, respecting their individualities, so that they can open those inner doors and explore more about themselves.
Both riggers and models should be able to have the knowledge to work with a sustainable position, but hard as well, on partials or full suspensions. Participants will also need to be open to some notion of holistic treatment.
The workshop will be divided into various parts. First we will do some theoretical explanation and try some tests without ropes. Then we will try with semi or full suspensions.
If necessary we will also make a review of some patterns useful for each tie

Prerequisites:
-If you try suspensions (partials or full) you need to know how to secure suspension points.
-A set of at least 8 ropes
-A good use of the rope and knowing how to put tension point
Registration + Cost:
