ΑΓΟΡΑ ΕΙΣΙΤΗΡΙΟΥ

Description:
By play fight we refer to a physical contest, in which participants try to dominate each other without inflicting injury.
Are there any benefits to play fighting? It sure doesn't look like it sometimes. But it's true: This kind of play exercises the body and help us gain valuable skills in negotiation, boundaries, language skills and reading facial expressions. In adults, it appears to reduce or redirect aggression, relieve stress, build self-confidence, and improve mood.
Apart from that, it can be a very fun game to play between partners, since it involves a lot of physical contact, bodily activity and primal expressions.

In this workshop we will explore:
~ The science behind play-fighting—and why it’s fun
~ Different kinds of plays / Different dynamics
~ Setting goals for a play
~ Negotiation
~ Safety
~ Take down
~ Submission holds (for different body types)
~ Rope handling for restriction
~ Proper rope handling and tension
~ Ichinawa tecniques (one-rope play)
~ Emotional impact and play ideas
